All-time records are updated on the blog. Week 18 preview to come later today.
Here are this week's KLS3 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any formula used to determine the rankings. All complaints should be sent to the Commissioner's office of the league. Team record follows the slash, and previous week's ranking in parenthesis.
1. Billy Ball/11-3-3 (1) -- Jack makes yet another statement, blitzing Ken with incredible day after incredible day.
2. Smutt Peddlers 4/11-5-1 (4) -- For the second straight week, Joe comes out with a win after a great Sunday night from his players.
3. 7 Inning Games/11-6 (2) -- Maybe it's the Bobby Abreu curse. He's never won anything no matter what team he's been on.
4. Cole Miners/10-7 (5) -- Bob's ascension continues, as he claims his highest ranking spot of the season.
5. Phils win Mets choke/10-5-2 (3) -- The freefall continues with another rough week. Could we see some big changes this week?
6. F*** Cashman/9-6-2 (7) -- I would have loved to have seen a Chris vs. Bob (16 HR, 150+TB each) matchup last week. Well, we get it this week instead.
7. Fireballs 9/8-7-2 (6) -- If Ricky misses the playoffs, he'll look back on his 0-1-1 record vs. Dave this year.
8. WeAreTheChampsBitch/8-9 (8) -- Adam has been outscored 39-15 in his three-game losing streak since the All-Star break.
9. Kill 'em Slowey/5-10-2 (11) -- A nice win for Dave, but even bigger to those on the wild-card bubble.
10. I can beat Soggies!/4-13 (10) -- Where was Carlos Marmol on Sunday? He's supposed to pitch in those type of games! Stupid Cubs.
11. waldr83/2-15 (12) -- Suddenly, the race for last is an actual race again wfive to go and still a head-to-head matchup with Shea.
12. Kolb=Future/7-10 (9) -- Anyone who loses that badly to Richie automatically gets the last-ranking treatment. What a disgrace.
