Reviewing the weekend predictions

It was not a good weekend for my predictions. Although, as you'll see, my boldest one was correct.


1. There will be no undefeated teams left on Monday.
Incorrect. Chris pulls out a win Sunday thanks to poor managing by Dave.

2. At least half the league will finish with a batting average under .260.
Incorrect. Only three teams did. Must have been a hitting weekend.

3. Jack vs. Ken - both 0-2 teams - will come down to the Sunday night game.
Correct, although the rain-shortened game made it less exciting.

4. Joe will finish with a higher ERA than OPS.
Correct! I'm most proud of this one. ERA: 683, OPS: 646. Pathetic.

5. There will be no more complete games.
Incorrect. There were at least two - Wainwright and Hanson - neither of which went 9 innings though.
