End of season review: No. 5 Ken
(Editor's note: This is the latest in a series of season evaluations based on power ranking trends. At the end, each manager will be given a final determination of overachiever, underachiever or expected achiever.)
Mr. Kenneth, our resident Mets/Jets fan. It's quite reassuring that you've flamed out of the playoffs early. Quite frankly, we'd expect nothing less from a fan of scum teams like you.
Just be thankful you didn't choke, as you are so accustomed to seeing from your teams. Doug Brien anyone? Tom Glavine?
Anyway, we had high expectations for you (serves us right) and had you at the No. 3 spot preseason. Your complete evaluation after the jump.
Judging by the graph, you had some ups and downs - but mainly in the upper tier. Which, in itself, is impressive.
A nice midseason trade and some good pickups had things looking A-OK. But, alas, it wasn't meant to be. You're used to that by now.
You're graph shows way too many inconsistencies. Too many times you went on a good run to follow it up with a bad run.
Next year might be different. But, in all likelihood, it'll end the same way: in defeat.
Final evaluation: Underachiever
