And on the 17th day, they shall vote

Inside, there are four different polls. Majority rules in each poll. The polls will close Tuesday at 11:59 p.m.

-One for which round draft pick should be forfeited by both teams in a keeper trade.
-One for whether teams should be required to put a keeper on the trading block before a trade.
-One for whether a team should be restricted to one keeper trade per year
-One for offseason trades

What has been determined is that there is a $20 fee per team per keeper trade to go into the following season's pot, there is no limit on how many players are involved in the trade.

Vote after the jump.

Remember, this includes your first three rounds as keeper picks.

The offseason trades kinks are not ironed out yet, but if the vote is yes we can deal with that at a later time. For now, assume it is keepers and non-keepers, and it would be Bob's proposal of if you trade for a non-keeper you HAVE to keep him.
Should we allow offseason trades?
Yes
No
