Week 10 Power Rankings

Here are this week's KLS5 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any specific formula used to determine the rankings.

All complaints should be sent to the Commissioner's office of the league. Team record in parenthesis, and previous week's ranking follows the slash.


1. Turd n the punchbowl (8-2) / 1 - Given his huge division lead and current winning streak, we are declaring Ken the Bodog.com favorite to win this league.

2. Bernie Madoff (6-3-1) / 3 - Mike gracious in defeat, gracious in victory. I think we know who's getting the 2011 sportsmanship award.

3. Billy Ball (6-3-1) / 2 - Bad week of pitching costs Jack in big divisional matchup; will likely be favored in next 4 matchups though.

4. Smutt Peddlers 5 (6-3-1) / 5 - A very impressive week for Joe, who responds to two bad losses with his biggest, and best, win of the season

5. Cole Miners (7-3) / 4 - Bob still in first place but now has losses to Joe, Mike and Jack inside the division.

6. DUIs & MRIs (5-5) / 6 - What a headache Justin Morneau has been for Shea this season.

7. Minnesota Twins (5-5) / 7 - Chris has gone L-L-W-W-L-L-W-W the last eight weeks. Get ready for a two-game losing streak.

8. Charlene Murphy? (4-6) / 11 - Hal back in the wild-card hunt - amazingly - after an 0-5 start.

9. Draft wasn't Wed (3-6-1) / 10 - Dave's offense very impressive lately, no coincidence that it's happening with Pujols getting hot.

10. All I Do Is Lose (3-7) / 8 - Best thing about Andy's team this year is this new team name.

11. Phightin Sillies (3-7) / 9 - Adam's week good enough to beat most teams. Just not Dave this week.

12. We Going Money (1-7-2) / 12 - I say this with all due respect, but I truly believe Rick might not win another matchup this year.
