Week 8 Power Rankings

Here are this week's KLS4 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any formula used to determine the rankings.

All complaints should be sent to the Commissioner's office of the league. Team record follows the slash, and previous week's ranking in parenthesis.


1. Charlie Murphy!/6-2 (3) - What if Rick kept Halladay over Sabathia? My how things may have be different for Hal.

2. Snooki Punch/6-2 (1) - Whenever Utley and Howard slump, so does Andy's hitting.

3. Don't Tase Me Bro/5-3 (2) - Bad, bad loss, but seemed Bob was due for a dud.

4. Phightin Sillies/5-3 (5) - Can Adam get to 3 games above .500?

5. Rebuilding Year Ova! /4-3-1 (4) - Grabs a little luck with Romero CG on Sunday.

6. Smutt Peddlers 5/4-4 (6) - Another close match for Joe wasn't official until he woke up Monday morning.

7. Turd n the punchbowl/3-5 (9) - Ken impressively has new life this season.

8. Bronx Bums/4-3-1 (7) - Grabs a little luck with three Cuddyer walks during Sunday night game.

9. Time to Mo Vaughn/3-4-1 (10) - Arguably Dave's best win in 3 years. Let's see if he builds on it.

10. Billy Ball/2-5-1 (8) - Jack laments another injury as frustrating season spirals.

11. Fireballs 10/2-6 (11) - Rick celebrates avoiding last spot by grabbing beers with Kendry Morales.

12. Manager of the Year/2-6 (12) - Lincecum and/or Verlander on the trading block soon?
