Week 9 Power Rankings
Here are this week's KLS6 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any specific formula used to determine the rankings.
All complaints should be sent to the commissioner. Team record in parenthesis, and previous week's ranking follows the slash.
1. Halla Atcha Roy (6-3) / 2 - Hal gets a huge win, but now it's a given he loses this week, right? The No. 1 team in the power rankings has now lost 7 out of 9 weeks.
2. Cole Miners (5-2-2) / 1 - One thing is now cut clear: There is absolutely no clear-cut favorite in the league this season.
3. Brother Socko (5-4) / 4 - Carlos Gonzalez and Hanley Ramizrez combine for a staggering 8 homers, 57 total bases, .500 average, and 3.166 OPS last week.
4. The Asshole Squad (4-5) / 8 - This is the third straight season in which a team has started out at least 0-5 and made it back to a game within .500. Amazing
5. DUIs & MRIs (4-4-1) / 5 - Shea's team, outscored 30-7 last two weeks, is like a fighter vs. Tyson in "Punch-Out!" When it goes down, it goes down real hard.
6. DownGoesAnother (5-4) / 3 - Cry me a river playing the injury card. Everyone deals with them!
7. PumpinFistsSince86 (5-4) / 7 - This might have been Joe's toughest loss to deal with since the 2009 finals.
8. Fireballs 12 (3-5-1) / 6 - Rick thinks he just got done playing the closest 16-2 matchup in fantasy baseball history. Well, OK then.
9. Cano Must Go (4-5) / 10 - Anybody else like it better when Chris was losing on a weekly basis? Yeah, same here.
10. Ahh Harro (4-5) / 11 - Incredibly, it may not be Adrian Gonzalez who Dave will regret not being able to keep. That honor may go to Mike Trout.
11. Michelle Beadle (4-5) / 9 - Weaver on the DL for an injury; Mike also rightfully on DL - down low - in the power rankings.
12. Turd n the punchbowl (3-6) / 12 - Ken's season: W1, L3, W1, L3, W1. Good news for Rick, Shea and Joe.

But on the real, it's a matter of time before I get back on track. Don't count me out yet boys.
