End of season review: No. 10 Dave

(Editor's note: This is the latest in a series of season evaluations based on power ranking trends. At the end, each manager will be given a final determination of overachiever, underachiever or expected achiever.)

Dave, my man. You've struggled since joining our league. You've never made the playoffs and constantly find yourself in our draft lottery. It doesn't mean you're not a good fantasy manager (or does it?), it just means you've had some rotten luck.

Well, maybe not so much this year. You made a pretty bad trade that sent Bob, a fellow division member, on a tear and put him in position to win the league. The rest of your evaluation after the jump.

You also tried to help out Joe with another bad trade, but the rest of the league took pity on you and simply wouldn't let it happen. Note for next year: Just don't trade!

Judging by the power rankings graph, your best week of the season was Week 1 - an upset of Bob, a really impressive victory. But, after that, you shifted toward the bottom half and stayed there for the rest of the year.

I had you as a preseason 9 and you spent most of the year around there, officially ending at 10. I've pretty much nailed the bottom teams, with the exception of one (who has yet to be presented yet).

Better luck next year, Dave. Maybe you'll make the playoffs. Or maybe you'll just make another bad trade.

Final evaluation: Expected achiever
