Fireballs: A true underdog story

Shea may have said it best in this week's playoff smack talk between Ken and Ricky: "How can't you root for this underdog story!"

That's right, how can you not? After the thrills Ricky provided us last week, he's doing it again, just absolutely annihilating favored Ken in the playoffs. He's up 17-3, and will most definitely cruise to a victory.


It's clear his boys have responded to last week's must-win victory over Chris at the 11th hour.

Ken seemingly has given up.

"I'm gonna win football," he said when asked about running into the Fireballs machine.

Ricky changed his name to bring back the good vibes - Fireballs Seven - from his championship year, and boy has it worked.

At this point, rooting against Ricky is like rooting for a #1 seed to beat a #16 in the NCAA tournament.
