A season full of ups and downs in the power rankings, and here's where we end. We'll have a season wrap up for those eliminated throughout the week on the blog. Also, we'll graph each person's power rankings progress throughout the season.
Here are this week's KLS3 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any formula used to determine the rankings. All complaints should be sent to the Commissioner's office of the league. Team record follows the slash, and previous week's ranking in parenthesis.
1. Cole Miners/15-7 (1) -- Bob gets a week of rest and is undoubtedly the clear favorite to win the league after a dominating shutout.
2. Billy Ball/13-5-4 (2) -- Peavy, Cook, Jones, Upton, Tulowitzki - what the heck is going on in the Billy Ball clubhouse?
3. Smutt Peddlers 4/14-7-1 (4) -- Joe heads into the playoffs looking to defend his title. It won't be easy without a bye.
4. Fireballs Seven/11-8-3 (7) -- Ricktory! Luke Gregerson will never have to pay for a beer again.
5. 7 Inning Games/13-9 (3) -- Ken has just five moves left for a potential three weeks of playoff baseball.
6. Phils win ABZ chokes/11-8-3 (6) -- Andy will be lucky to win a game in the playoffs; he certainly doesn't deserve to.
7. THE bronx bombers/11-9-2 (5) -- Ha. Most years 11-9-2 gets you in, too.
8. Kolb=Future/10-11-1 (8) -- Mike is pleased to see Carlos Beltran back in uniform this week, praying he doesn't get a career-ending injury though.
9. WeAreTheChampsBitch/10-12 (9) -- Good season, but still not good enough.
10. Kill 'em Slowey/7-13-2 (10) -- Dave and Adam remain the only two managers in league history to not make the playoffs.
11. NO/5-17 (11) -- Shea happy the season is over, looking forward to the offseason.
12. waldr83/4-18 (12) -- To think - all those Sunday losses. If only one were a win he wouldn't be in last place.
