Week 18 Power Rankings

All-time records are updated on the blog. Week 19 preview to come later today.

Here are this week's KLS3 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any formula used to determine the rankings. All complaints should be sent to the Commissioner's office of the league. Team record follows the slash, and previous week's ranking in parenthesis.

1. Smutt Peddlers 4/12-5-1 (2) -- Joe regains the top spot yet again; let's see how long he can keep it this time around.

2. Billy Ball/11-4-3 (1) -- Jack has been in the 1 or 2 spot for 10 straight weeks now. A loss may change that.

3. 7 Inning Games/12-6 (3) -- Inspired by his 14-16 year-old state champions, Ken explodes on offense (.366/1.036).

4. Cole Miners/11-7 (4) -- With matchups still left against Joe, Ken and Andy, the division is for Bob's taking if he wants it.

5. Phils win Mets choke/10-6-2 (5) -- The freefall continues. Andy has gotten blown out the last two weeks, potentially putting him on the playoff bubble.

6. F*** Cashman/9-7-2 (6) -- If Vlad Guerrero keeps this up, Chris will look like a genius for that trade.

7. Fireballs 9/8-8-2 (7) -- Ricky still has a match with Chris left, but he may want to start winning if he wants to avoid missing the playoffs for the first time ever.

8. Kill 'em Slowey/6-10-2 (9) -- Dave shows some life again, playing the spoiler role. He has another shot this week vs. Ken.

9. Kolb=Future/8-10 (12) -- Mike wins for only the third time in 11 weeks, but it was his biggest win of the season.

10. I can beat Alliance!/5-13 (10) -- Well, three people get the new team name. What about the other nine, though? Ask Shea for an explanation.

11. WeAreTheChampsBitch/8-10 (8) -- Adam must feel like he is dying a slow death with his playoff hopes shrinking week by week.

12. waldr83/2-16 (11) -- Richie, let me know when you send your last-place fee.
