It's back - for now, at least - but not better than ever, as we go from 5 predictions last year to 3 this year (hey, I have a daytime job now).
Anyway, here are three weekend predictions to watch for Week 8.
1) Shea will not beat Chris, and Chris will not have the matchup locked up by Sunday morning.
So, in other words, these two will go a combined 0-for-2 on guarantees. What happened to the days of Mark Messier when guarantees actually meant something? Sheesh!
2) Bob will remain in first place come Monday
Whether that means a gigantic comeback by him vs. Mike, or a Joe loss, who knows? But the Miners will be in first.
3) Ken will double-up Hal in home runs and RBIs
This is quite tough to do, but right now he's got a chance. It's 7-4 in homers and 31-11 in RBIs.
