Week 13 Power Rankings

Here are this week's KLS7 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any specific formula used to determine the rankings.

All complaints should be sent to the commissioner. Team record in parenthesis, and previous week's ranking follows the slash.

1. The Allen Websters (8-5) / 1 - Huge week for Hal, who wins and watches the two teams above him lose.

2. Ahh Herro-o (9-4) / 2 - A dreadful offensive week (1 homer, .229 average, .625 OPS) puts into perspective just how cruel H2H play can be sometimes.

3. Goldschmember (9-4) / 3 - Talking to Chris daily, you'd have thought he was up against the '27 Yanks last week. Not the case at all; just a run-of-the-mill loss.

4. Los Pollos Hermanos (8-5) / 4 - I believe this is the longest we've gone without a tie in the season, so I predict a tie between Andy and Hal this week.

5. Give Sosa a Chance! (8-5) / 5 - Someone is going to get themselves a nice offseason gift when they win the Miggy Draft Lottery. Shea sure will miss him.

6. Suck Peddlers (7-6) / 7 - Joe is an impressive 4-2 this year vs. the teams currently above him in the power rankings.

7. Nyjer Please (6-7) / 8 - You know Mike must have had a good week when he posts seven smack talk messages.

8. Fireballs (5-8) / 10 - Whoa, what's gotten into Rick? Back-to-back stunning wins over Hal and Dave puts the Fireballs right back into this playoff race.

9. Backdoor Slider (6-7) / 6 - Now or never for Ken: Next four opponents have an average record of 5-8.

10. Cole Miners (5-8) / 9 - Bob's losing streak now at five. If it hits six, I think we can deem the Miners sellers instead of buyers.

11. TurnThisShitArounndd (3-10) / 11 - Adam ties mark for third-quickest to reach 10 losses in league history. No. 1? Richie in 2009 started 1-15. No. 2? Adam in 2007 was 2-15.

12. Billy Ball (4-9) / 12 - Jack's legacy in this league is injured keepers. Another one bites the dust as Cueto hits the DL for the *third* time this season.
