Week 14 Power Rankings

Here are this week's KLS7 Power Rankings. As always, this is a subjective process, and there isn't any specific formula used to determine the rankings.

All complaints should be sent to the commissioner. Team record in parenthesis, and previous week's ranking follows the slash.


1. Los Pollos Hermanos (9-5) / 4 - With the likes of Bobby Parnell, Jeremy Hefner and Chad Gaudin, who needs Carlos Gonzalez, Adam Wainwright and Cliff Lee?

2. Give Sosa a Chance! (9-5) / 5 - Give some love to the Kekua Division here, after Shea combines with Andy and Jack to do some damage to the Te'o Division.

3. The Allen Websters (8-6) / 1 - Hal second-guessing his most-recent trade? Hunter Pence has two hits in his last 37 ABs, and Greinke has been hit hard in three of last four outings.

4. Suck Peddlers (8-6) / 6 - Joe's pitching last week downright dirty: 1.38 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, 72 Ks, just 13 BBs in 65+ innings.

5. Ahh Herro-o (9-5) / 2 - Bad news: A brutal loss to former No. 12-ranked team. Good news: No ground lost in the division standings.

6. Nyjer Please (7-7) / 7 - Don't sleep on Mike's team. You may end up with a nightmare week if you do.

7. Goldschmember (9-5) / 3 - Seems unfathomable to have team that's tied for first ranked so low. But then you realize he's lost five of seven.

8. Backdoor Slider (7-7) / 9 - Ken's last seven weeks? W, L, W, L, W, L, W.

9. Billy Ball (5-9) / 12 - Tiny glimmer of hope after major upset and the soon-to-be returning Tulowitzki?

9. Fireballs (5-9) / 8 - Stinker of a Sunday dooms Rick, who continues with the inconsistency.

11. TurnThisShitArounndd (3-11) / 11 - Adam now has a two-game lead for the $25 last-place fee, as well as the #1 odds in the draft lottery.

12. Cole Miners (5-9) / 10 - Six-game losing streak, many of blowout style, causes Bob to throw in the towel and re-tool for the future.
